Colorado School of Mines CTLM Building
New construction consisting of a free-standing two-story, high-tech classroom building with a basement for a total of 39,238 square feet. The project included a new fire alarm system, audio and intercom system, as well as a daylight harvesting lighting controls system to ensure the building met LEED requirements.
